I have been a Principal and Director at Deep End Services since June 2009. Prior to this, I was a Director of Property Economics at Urbis, Melbourne.
From 1992 to 2007, I previously held senior roles in the property team at Coles Myer Ltd including as National Manager, Strategy and Property Analysis. From 1985 to 1992, I was employed as a Strategic Planner and Senior Consultant at Ratio Consultants, a multi-disciplinary property and planning consultancy.
I have been a leading retail property analyst for over 30 years. As a retail network and shopping centre specialist, I have led many projects for retailers, centre owners, government agencies and developers across Australia including, but not limited to, store network planning, sales forecasting, demand and economic impact modelling, due diligence studies, highest & best use analysis and growth area structure planning.
I have broad knowledge across the property industry with a keen focus on retail shopping centre locations throughout Australia and NZ. My vast experience covers major and regional areas as well as growth corridors.
