I founded Deep End Services in 2003 after 10 years in the retail and property consulting sector – working for the likes of KPMG, Coopers & Lybrand, Coles Myer and more.
So I’ve been helping big brands on all their location-based decisions for as long as I can remember. And because I’ve travelled all over the globe, my knowledge of the world’s property markets is vast.
Technology has been the backbone of our business since we opened our doors. It’s why we’ve always been smarter and faster than the rest.
I’m proud to say that I was one of the first analysts in Australia to use MapInfo – a cutting-edge software tool that has revolutionised location-based consulting. And although others use it now too (it would be impossible not to in this industry), I ensure my team uses it to its full potential.
As one of Australia’s most seasoned location analysts, I’m regularly called on for my opinion by leading publications including The Australian, The Age and The Australian Financial Review.
I’m also a member of many boards and associations – including MAB Corporation, the Victorian Planning & Environment Law Association and the Large Format Retail Association (LFRA). In fact, Deep End Services publishes the Australian Large Format Retail Directory annually in a joint venture with the LFRA.
